1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and UN77 ("UN77," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the UN77 online gaming platform available at un77.xyz and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on UN77, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the UN77 Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the UN77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. UN77 does not permit access to persons under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming platforms is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of UN77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the UN77 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by UN77 or its affiliates.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

UN77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by UN77 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the UN77 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to all UN77 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one UN77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your UN77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. UN77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Account Verification: UN77 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All UN77 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). This cannot be changed after account creation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

UN77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. UN77 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your UN77 wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed by UN77 within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your UN77 account. UN77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. UN77 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. UN77 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published dormancy policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

UN77 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all UN77 bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to your UN77 account in Philippine Peso and can only be used on the UN77 Platform.
• UN77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured under the original terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your UN77 account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• UN77 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotion system, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the UN77 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all UN77 games:

• All game outcomes on UN77 are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). UN77 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on UN77's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative.
• UN77 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or any other system failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's UN77 account.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Once a spin is initiated or a bet is confirmed, the transaction is final.
• UN77 publishes indicative Return to Player (RTP) percentages for its games. Actual RTP experienced by individual players may vary from published figures due to the inherent variance of RNG-based games.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the UN77 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any UN77 game or system feature. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software error are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your UN77 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the UN77 Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Responsible Gaming

UN77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and never become a source of financial or personal harm.

• Age Restriction: UN77 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.
• Player Tools: UN77 provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players at no cost. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the UN77 support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the UN77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of UN77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the UN77 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the UN77 Platform without prior written consent from UN77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or content on the Platform.
• Use any UN77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the UN77 Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of UN77's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UN77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

UN77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. UN77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or device incompatibilities on the player's end.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any force majeure event, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

In all cases where UN77 is found liable, UN77's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your UN77 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy

UN77 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on UN77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

UN77 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform. 12. Termination & Account Closure

UN77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their UN77 account may do so by contacting the UN77 support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13. Amendments to These Terms

UN77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, UN77 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the UN77 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and UN77 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct communication with the UN77 support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent UN77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
