Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, UN77 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

The UN77 Platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older. UN77 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. This minimum age requirement is enforced in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

If UN77 discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated personal data will be deleted, and any deposits will be returned to the payment source. 11. International Data Transfers
